Job summary

Sunrise Engineering & Construction Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Site Supervisor to oversee construction activities on site, ensuring safety, quality, and timely delivery.

The role focuses on planning, coordinating, and monitoring electrical installations and related works, while maintaining strong client and subcontractor relations. The candidate should have a Diploma or ITI and 10–15 years of Singapore experience, with proficiency in MS Office, good communication, and the ability to work under

Qualifications

• Diploma or ITI; Singapore working experience 10–15 years preferred.
• Engineering knowledge and project execution competence required.
• Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills expected.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
• Calm under pressure and able to manage peak project periods.
• Experience with LV and ELV electrical installations and building management systems is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of construction projects on site.
• Manage planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of installation works.
• Maintain quality standards; conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
• Prepare risk assessments and method statements.
• Produce project progress reports and lead client progress meetings.
• Procure materials per client specifications and on-time delivery.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients and subcontractors.
• Drive onsite workforce with clear leadership and communication.
• Respond effectively to on-site challenges and schedule pressures.

Responsibilities

• A site supervisor is responsible for overseeing all aspects of a construction project, especially managing and monitoring of daily Construction Activities.


• Continually seek new opportunities and too increase customer satisfaction and well relationship with client.


• Develop and maintain viable long-term relationships with Clients & Sub-contractor.


• Manage construction activities including planning, coordination, execution and monitoring of installation and construction works on site.


• Maintain good quality standards, carry out site inspections and resolve technical issues on time.


• Execute projects with minimal supervision within budget & schedule


• Drive the work force with friendly relationship.


• Responsible for material procurement, subject to the client approved specification and on time requirement to site.


• Conduct project progress reports, client updates and drive internal and clients' progress meetings.


• Prepare risk assessment and method of statements.

Requirements

• Diploma or ITI with Singapore working experience 10 to 15 years.


• Excellent engineering knowledge and project execution competence.


• Good verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills


• Proficiency in Microsoft Office


• The Person remain cool mind and able to handle the situation while the project ongoing peak and pressure.


• Experience and handled in all kinds of electrical installation such as Low Voltage (LV)switchgear, distribution board, cable selection, electrical single line drawing, cable containment system, lighting fixtures, lux simulation.


• Experience and handled in Extra Low Voltage (ELV) systems, Building Management System (BMS), Process & Instruments controls, Closed-Circuit Television (CCTV) and card access system is preferred.


• M&E Certification will be considered as added value.
