Job summary

Novotech is seeking a Senior Project Manager for Enterprise Transformation to lead and deliver transformation initiatives across the CRO. You will provide leadership, coordinate business units, and drive digitalization of processes to improve project quality and customer focus.

Reporting to the Head of the Enterprise Transformation Office, you will work with IT and CRO teams, manage risks, budgets, and timelines, and ensure effective governance, stakeholder readiness, and adoption of new

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of experience in project management, transformation operational excellence or consulting with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
• Significant PM experience in complex, multi-functional organizations.
• Experience in CRO, Biotech or similar regulated environment preferred.
• Strong ability to read and interpret relevant legislation, regulations and local policies.

Responsibilities

• Lead transformation initiatives including preparation of project plans, resource coordination, budget monitoring and governance reporting.
• Monitor and evaluate project implementation, risks, benefits realization, and outcomes.
• Coordinate resources to achieve strategic deliverables while maintaining service for BAU activities.
• Ensure governance frameworks and standardized PM methodologies are applied across regions.
