Job summary

SoftwareOne is seeking a Project Manager to lead complex IT and cloud transformation projects, aligning with delivery standards and ensuring outcomes within scope, schedule, and budget.

You will collaborate with Architects, Technical Consultants, and client stakeholders to drive governance, delivery excellence, and customer satisfaction, while supporting business growth.

The role requires strong leadership across distributed teams and a proven track record in consulting or services environments.

Qualifications

• Experience managing IT, Cloud, Digital transformation, or Data & AI projects.
• Proven track record delivering customer engagements in a consulting or services environment.
• Strong project management expertise across scope, schedule, cost, risk, quality, resource, and stakeholder management.
• Solid understanding of project governance, financial management, and delivery practices.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience leading geographically distributed and cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage projects end-to-end, from initiation through closure ensuring successful delivery against agreed objectives.
• Ensure delivery commitments are achieved by effectively managing scope, timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and quality.
• Act as the primary contact for customers, internal teams, and external partners.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and drive accountability across workstreams.
• Monitor project progress, risks, issues, and financial performance.
• Provide regular project governance and status reporting.
• Identify opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and support business growth.
