Job summary

The Land Transport Authority seeks a Learning Strategy and Planning professional to drive a systemic shift in how learning and capability development are approached. You will consolidate the learning landscape, foster a vibrant culture, and enhance agility across transformation areas.

You will partner with senior management to synthesize information from diverse sources, create communication materials, and implement systematic processes that deliver measurable impact across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Organisational Psychology and Organisational Development preferred.
• Familiarity with AI tools utilisation and adoption.
• Experience with workplace learning methodologies and performance measurement frameworks.
• Awareness of current learning trends and developmental approaches.
• Adaptable, creative, and able to execute effectively.
• Analytical with strong writing and presentation skills.
