Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Fund Administration professional to support complex portfolio assets, process transactions, and monitor compliance. The role coordinates with internal partners to ensure timely service delivery and issue resolution.

You will handle routine and non-routine client service tasks, process scheduled transactions, and investigate fund discrepancies while adhering to regulatory standards and established controls.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
• 3-6 years of relevant experience in Transfer Agency, Fund Administration, Investor Services, Fund Operations, Custody Operations, or Financial Services Operations.
• Good understanding of fund administration processes, investor servicing, transaction processing, and account maintenance.
• Experience processing financial transactions with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with regulatory, compliance, and operational controls within the asset management or financial services industry.
• Ability to investigate, analyze, and resolve operational issues and exceptions in a timely manner.
• Excellent client service orientation with the ability to respond to inquiries and manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate across multiple teams and stakeholders.
• Knowledge of transfer agency platforms, fund accounting systems, or investment operations tools is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Supports operational fund administration activities for funds with more intricate portfolio assets including processing transactions, tracking data, and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinates fund administration activities with internal partners.
• Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions. Interacts with other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service, or resolution of issues.
• Processes account related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction. Following established procedures, answers inquiries, and resolves problems or issues.
• Tracks fund data and monitors compliance with all regulatory and client specifications.
• Investigates and corrects fund errors. Escalates issues to senior team members.
• Integrates area knowledge with understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
• Assists with the maintenance of process flows documentation, administrative summaries and standard operating procedures.
