Responsibilities

• Support transfer agency operations and fund administration for traditional funds, including processing investor transactions and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate fund administration activities with internal partners.
• Provide routine client service and transactional support; interact with other units to ensure timely delivery or issue resolution.
• Process account-related transactions per events and client directions; answer inquiries and resolve problems.
• Track fund data and monitor compliance with regulatory, bank and client specifications; investigate fund errors.
• Apply industry standards to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
• Assist with maintenance of process flows documentation and SOPs.

Job description

We are looking for an experienced banking professional to join the Transfer Agency Operations team in a fast-paced high volume environment within a leading Custodian Bank.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support transfer agency operations and fund administration activities for traditional funds, including processing investor transactions, tracking data, and compliance monitoring.
• Coordinate fund administration activities with internal partners.
• Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions. Interacts with other organizational units/teams to ensure timely delivery of service, or resolution of issues.
• Process account related transactions per scheduled events/client authenticated direction. Following established procedures, answers inquiries, and resolves problems or issues.
• Track fund data and monitors compliance with all regulatory, bank and client specifications. Investigate and rectify fund errors.
• Integrates area knowledge with understanding of industry standards and practices to provide solutions to internal and external clients.
• Assist with the maintenance of process flows documentation, administrative summaries and standard operating procedures.

Requirements:

• Min. 3-6 years of background in transfer agency, fund administration, or custody services involving traditional funds product
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to start work within short notice

Successful candidate will be offered a 6-Months Contract, with possibility of renewal/conversion subject to management's approval.
