Alter Domus in Singapore is hiring for a Fund Administrator to support subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and capital calls. You will maintain investor registers and capital accounts, generate statements, and manage communications through a secure investor portal.

You will work with an international team, bring strong Excel/Word skills, and apply analytical problem-solving to ensure accurate fund administration and timely reporting. Training and clear career progression are provided.

Formación

• Experience in fund administration or investor relations is a plus.
• Proficient with Excel and Word.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Receive, reconcile and process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches, including investor money movements.
• Calculate allocations and process capital calls and distributions for funds, including notices.
• Capture and track investor capital activity and maintain partner capital accounts.
• Generate and distribute investor statements and fund information via a secure portal.
• Maintain investor registers and static data (ERISA status, eligibility, etc.).
• Generate tailored investor reporting and maintain shareholder registers.
• Distribute investor communications as required.
• Process investor transfers.
• Take on additional responsibilities as required by Managers or clients.

Job Description

• Receive, reconcile and process subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and switches, including facilitation of investor money movements;
• Receive, calculate the allocations and process capital calls and distributions for the fund, including facilitation of investor money movements and capital call and distribution notices;
• Capturing and tracking investor capital activity and maintaining partners' capital accounts;
• Generate and distribute investor statements and other fund information through a secure investor portal;
• Maintain investor registers, including all static data, such as ERISA status, new issue eligibility, etc;
• Generation of tailored investor reporting;
• Maintenance of shareholder registers;
• Distribution of investor communications as required;
• Processing investor transfers;
• Pro-actively take on additional responsibilities and tasks as required from time-to-time by Managers or clients.

Your Profile

• Previous work experience in fund administration and/or investor relations/transfer agency will be considered an asset;
• You have very good knowledge of excel and word;
• You have strong analytical and problem solving skills;
• Happy to work as part of an international team;
• Team player with a positive 'can do' attitude;
• A strong interest to learn and develop a strong career in fund administration in Singapore and other international offices.
