Job summary

Skyworks Solutions, Inc. is seeking a Training Specialist to develop, implement, and maintain the On-The-Job Training system aligned with management objectives for our Singapore operations.

You will optimize LMS resources, deliver instructor‑led and e‑learning training at Bedok and Chai Chee, and manage training plans and budgets while ensuring compliance with ISO/IATF audit requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in education, human resources, Engineering or relevant field.
• Advanced Certificate in Training and Assessment or Advanced Certificate in Learning and Performance is preferred.
• Technical certifications or postgraduate degrees are a plus.
• Hands-on experience with training delivery in cleanroom environments or high tech manufacturing is highly desired.
• Competence in creating engaging and effective training content (instructor-led and elearning).
• Experience managing training logistics and documentation for audits (ISO,IATF, etc).
• Proficient in e-learning platforms (LMS), Microsoft Office, and development of Power BI reports.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain the On-The-Job Training System in alignment with management objectives.
• Optimize existing tools and resources to ensure accurate and timely assignment of learning content into the LMS.
• Provide training and support to employees on utilizing services and applications to enhance learning experience.
• Develop and execute training plans, schedules and budgets to meet training needs in Singapore.
• Collaborate with management to ensure programs are implemented, communicated, and monitored in line with goals.
• Facilitate training sessions (classroom, e-learning, OJT) at Bedok and Chai Chee.
• Evaluate training effectiveness by collecting feedback and measuring business impact.
• Manage training logistics, scheduling and materials, participate in L&D projects.
• Lead in training, productivity and cost improvement projects.
• Support audit processes by addressing requirements and implementing corrective actions.
