Job summary

Inspizone Academy Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Sales & Training Operations Executive/Manager to oversee sales coordination, corporate training proposals, course scheduling, training administration, funding compliance, and operational reporting for the training centre.

The role requires close coordination with customers, trainers, internal sales and marketing teams, and external stakeholders such as SkillsFuture Singapore, NTUC, MOE, and examination partners.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Training Management, Operations, Marketing, or related field preferred.
• Experience in training administration, education operations, sales coordination, or corporate training an advantage.
• Familiarity with Singapore’s training and funding ecosystem (SSG, SkillsFuture, UTAP, PSEA) beneficial.
• Experience in course registration, trainer coordination, funding claims, audit preparation, and operational reporting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Distribute incoming leads among sales team; support lead conversion, course enrolment, and sales targets.
• Coordinate with trainers to develop proposals; gather information on fees, licenses, and resources for delivery.
• Maintain knowledge of course content, schedules, prerequisites, fees, funding eligibility, and subsidies for customer enquiries.
• Coordinate course scheduling, trainer availability, venues, enrolments, and special requirements.
• Upload enrolment records, attendance, assessment results, and required documentation.
• Monitor payment status and follow up on outstanding payments or missing documents.
• Ensure course records, materials, and licences are complete and maintained.
• Coordinate application, registration, and approval processes for new courses and programmes.
• Liaise with SSG, MOE, NTUC UTAP, and other organisations regarding funding eligibility and compliance.
• Coordinate staff schedules and trainer availability; ensure adequate staffing for daily operations and classes.
• Prepare monthly trainer payments, sales figures, and GST-related reports; assist with financial administration.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly reports; monitor course performance and enrolment levels.
• Work with marketing to plan campaigns; provide schedules, funding details, and course availability for promotions.
