Job summary

The Ministry of Defence of Singapore seeks a proactive Training and Resource Manager for BMTC, spanning two schools. You will plan and control training programmes, optimise resource use, and coordinate facilities, systems and stakeholders to meet training objectives.

Key duties include directing resource allocation, ensuring readiness and safety compliance, and governing the Army Training Management System to maintain accurate planning and tracking data.

Qualifications

• Education in a relevant field.
• At least 2 years' experience in training and resource management.
• Proven ability in planning, coordination and team leadership in an operational training environment.
• Familiarity with ATMS or similar training management systems is advantageous.
• Strong safety awareness and operational discipline.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage BMTC training programmes and resources across two schools.
• Coordinate training scheduling in line with approved curriculum and directives.
• Oversee resource allocation for readiness, safety, and auditability of training operations.
• Govern the Army Training Management System (ATMS) data accuracy and timeliness.
• Lead administrative staff and coordinate stakeholder engagement for BMTC training and events.
