Job summary

MINDEF is seeking a role focused on developing and reviewing training programmes for peacetime support operations. You will analyse competency needs and align curricula with organisational objectives while partnering with the Army Logistics Training Institute to create impactful training materials.

Responsibilities include evaluating training effectiveness, managing programme execution, and building stakeholder buy-in.

Qualifications

• Education in Finance, Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Facilities Management, Operations Management, Engineering, or HR is preferred.
• Stakeholder management skills are valued.

Responsibilities

• Analyse Supply vocationalists' competency needs and align training curriculum with organisational objectives.
• Develop and review guiding principles for operational and military task achievement.
• Partner with Army Logistics Training Institute to design engaging, impactful training curricula for Supply vocationalists.
• Conduct training effectiveness evaluations and implement data-driven improvements.
• Manage training programme execution.
• Build stakeholder relationships to ensure buy-in and alignment.
• Staying abreast of competency development needs and training requirements for Supply Vocationalists.
• Understanding Supply Formation's operations and military tasks.
