Job summary

MINDEF Singapore seeks an experienced professional to drive standardised vocational and instructional development programmes, strengthening resilience and character development. You will lead planning, development and monitoring of work plans and critical training resources.

You will translate vocational needs into objectives, review syllabi and assessment rubrics, oversee training activities across schools, and diagnose gaps to propose scalable improvements.

Qualifications

• At least 6 years in training development or instructional design.
• Education in any field.
• Strong conceptual and analytical skills.
• Strong writing and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change.

Responsibilities

• Standardise vocational and instructional development programmes.
• Lead training performance analysis.
• Plan, develop, and monitor work plans and deliverables.
• Review syllabi, lesson plans, training standards, and rubrics.
• Coordinate training activities across multiple camps and locations.
