Job summary

AETOS Holdings Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a Training Manager – Operations to lead planning, coordination and delivery of large-scale security, tactical and operational training programmes. You will oversee training operations, trainers, scheduling, logistics and stakeholders to ensure programmes are delivered safely and efficiently.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in security or training operations, experience with large programmes, and a track record in coordinating multiple stakeholders,

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Training, Business, Operations, Security Management, Project Management or related.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in training operations, security operations or related environments.
• Proven experience managing large-scale training programmes with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning, coordination and delivery of large-scale security, tactical and operational training programmes.
• Manage training schedules, venues, manpower, equipment, resources and logistics.
• Coordinate multiple programmes and ensure timely delivery.
• Oversee training readiness, trainers, facilities and materials.
• Monitor progress, attendance and completion; identify and fix issues.
• Coordinate manpower for training programmes and exercises.
• Support compliance with safety and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with internal departments, vendors and external partners.
