Qualifications

• GCE O Level or comparable/O Level with aptitude.
• WSQ competent as Security Officer under PWM framework.
• Preferably ACLP or ACTA certifications.

Responsibilities

• Deliver comprehensive security training programs tailored to industry requirements (security procedures, emergency response, surveillance, conflict resolution).
• Use diverse instructional techniques and resources to engage learners and transfer knowledge effectively.
• Assess training effectiveness via evaluations, feedback, and metrics; adjust programs to improve outcomes.
• Provide guidance and support to participants throughout training journey and address questions and challenges.
• Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate relevant updates into training programs.
• Maintain a safe and respectful learning environment that fosters participation and skill development.
• Encourage continuous learning and certification opportunities among participants.
