Job summary

Beauty Valley Academy Pte. Ltd. seeks an experienced Learning & Development leader to drive training programs and talent development. You will perform needs analyses, design instructional materials, and evaluate effectiveness while managing LMS initiatives and budgets.

The role requires 5+ years in L&D with supervisory experience, strong presentation skills, and fluency in English. Collaboration with stakeholders at all levels is essential for success.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree in HR, business, education, psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in L&D, training, or talent development.
• Supervisory/management experience of at least 2 years.
• Strong knowledge of TNA, instructional design, and adult learning principles.
• Proven experience developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.
• Experience with LMS and digital learning platforms.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience managing training budgets and external vendors is a plus.
• Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of e-learning authoring tools is a plus.
• Fluent in English; additional languages are advantageous.

Job description

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, Psychology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in Learning & Development (L&D), Training, or Talent Development.

At least 2 years of experience in a supervisory or management role.

Strong knowledge of Training Needs Analysis (TNA), instructional design, and adult learning principles.

Proven experience in developing, delivering, and evaluating training programs.

Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital learning platforms.

Strong project management and organizational skills.

Excellent presentation, facilitation, and public speaking skills.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.

Experience in managing training budgets and external training vendors is an advantage.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); knowledge of e-learning authoring tools is a plus.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate training effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
