Job summary

ASPRI-IPI, the training arm of ASPRI, is a non-profit organization dedicated to advancing the Process Industry in Singapore. We are seeking a detail-oriented Course Administration Associate to ensure timely front-end training administration and smooth online registration.

You will respond to technical inquiries, manage the online gateway, generate regular performance reports, and support marketing materials and industry seminars.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma preferably in Training and Adult Education sector.
• Ability to manage time and schedules under tight deadlines.
• Strong communication and customer service aptitude.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training provided.

Responsibilities

• Fulfill front-end training course administration functions on time.
• Handle technical enquiries and online registration gateway.
• Generate regular reports for training performance management.
• Update marketing collaterals and assist in seminars/events.
• Support Training Unit on course delivery matters.
• Source, negotiate, monitor and feedback on outsourcing partners and vendors.
