Job summary

Singapore Red Cross Society’s Academy is seeking a proactive intern to support streamlined operations for courses and enrolments. The role focuses on registration, billing, and reporting, helping to identify gaps and propose digital or procedural improvements.

You will assist in preparing management reports, support day-to-day admin tasks, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to deliver timely updates for decision-making.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Senior Coordinator in reviewing and evaluating operational processes (e.g., course scheduling, enrolment) to identify gaps, inefficiencies, and opportunities for digital or procedural improvements.
• Generate accurate sales and operational reports using TMS data or other tools.
• Support the design and implementation of simplified workflows, templates, and SOPs.
• Provide assistance in day-to-day administrative tasks and facilitate cross-functional coordination as required.
• Contribute to project updates and reporting to inform management decisions.
