• Collect and analyze feedback from learners and trainers to evaluate training program effectiveness.
• Maintain accurate training records including attendance, feedback, and completion status for learners.
• Ensure training programs comply with relevant safety regulations and industry standards.
• Conduct market research to engage new trainers and identify relevant new courses.
• Respond promptly to enquiries and quotations from trainers and learners to support smooth training operations.
• Manage multiple training programs simultaneously to ensure timely and quality delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with trainers and learners through effective communication.
