Job summary

AlwaysHired Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Training & Development Manager to shape the learning culture across luxury retail boutiques and corporate teams.

You will drive learning strategies, develop talent, and partner with business leaders to enhance employee capability and customer experience. Responsibilities include designing and delivering training, conducting needs analyses, managing budgets, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive regional learning initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in HRM, Business, Psychology, Education, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in Learning & Development, Training, Talent Development, or Organisational Development.
• Experience delivering classroom training, workshops, and coaching programmes.
• Strong stakeholder management with the ability to influence business leaders and cross-functional teams.
• Excellent presentation, facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with experience evaluating learning effectiveness and preparing training reports.
• Comfortable conducting boutique visits and providing field coaching.
• Experience within luxury retail, premium retail, hospitality, or customer service industries will be highly advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the annual Learning & Development (L&D) strategy aligned with business objectives.
• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) to identify capability gaps and recommend effective learning solutions.
• Partner closely with Retail Operations, HR, Brand Partners, and business leaders to drive learning and talent development initiatives.
• Design, facilitate, and deliver engaging training programmes, leadership workshops, onboarding, and coaching sessions.
• Conduct boutique visits, field coaching, and customer observations to enhance service excellence and sales performance.
• Support talent development, succession planning, and career development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain competency frameworks, learning pathways, and training materials.
• Measure training effectiveness through evaluations, operational KPIs, mystery shopping results, and stakeholder feedback, implementing continuous improvements where required.
• Manage training budgets, external training providers, and learning resources efficiently.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on compliance, systems, awareness training, boutique openings, and regional learning projects.
• Lead learning and organisational development initiatives assigned by management.
