Job summary

cortina watch in Singapore is seeking an experienced L&D professional to lead Learning Needs Analysis, develop annual L&D plans, and design training for retail and corporate staff. You will partner with Retail Operations, HR, Brand Partners and leaders to identify capability gaps, implement learning solutions and coach teams, conduct boutique visits, and support career development.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and develop annual L&D plans.
• Partner with Retail Operations, HR, Brand Partners and business leaders to identify capability gaps and recommend learning solutions.
• Design and deliver training programmes, workshops and coaching sessions for retail and corporate employees.
• Conduct boutique visits, field coaching and customer observations to identify service and performance improvement opportunities.
• Support talent development, succession planning and career development initiatives.
• Develop and maintain competency frameworks, learning pathways and training evaluation tools.
• Monitor training effectiveness through evaluations, operational KPIs, mystery shopping results and stakeholder feedback.
• Manage training budgets, vendors and resources to optimise learning investments.
• Support regional training initiatives, boutique openings and cross-functional projects.
• Lead L&D and organisational development projects assigned by Management
