Job summary

EP Education Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a motivated recruiter coordinator to help build our freelance trainer network. You will post ads, conduct interviews, and coordinate train-the-trainer programmes to meet project needs.

The role focuses on managing freelancer records, responding to queries, and ensuring trainers are deployed effectively, with emphasis on organization, communication, and independence within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Experience in hiring is an advantage; ACLP certification is a plus but not required.
• Diploma holders in CS/CE/Electronics/IT are preferred, but other diplomas with experience will be considered.
• Locals and valid pass holders only.

• Ensure trainers are equipped and ready for deployment.
• Mass trainer briefings for projects.
• Meet project-specific requirements and use automated tools for scheduling/training coordination.
