Job summary

Mastereign Enrichment is seeking freelance/associate trainers to deliver school-based STEM programmes across Singapore. You will lead engaging workshops, explain complex concepts clearly, and adapt materials to different age groups. Experience in teaching is valued, but not essential, with training provided where applicable.

Sessions run mainly on weekdays during school hours, with occasional weekends. This role suits polytechnic or university graduates, graduates, interns, or professionals with

Qualifications

• Diploma/degree or certification in STEM or related field.
• Confident communicating and presenting to groups of various ages.
• Ability to engage primary and secondary students and manage classroom activities.

Responsibilities

• Explain STEM concepts clearly to students of different ages and abilities.
• Conduct engaging workshops for small groups, classes and larger cohorts.
• Facilitate discussions, demonstrations, hands-on challenges and guided projects.
• Follow and adapt prepared lesson plans and training materials.
• Guide students in developing technical skills, problem-solving abilities and creativity.
• Manage classroom activities and ensure student safety.
• Monitor student participation and progress.
• Liaise with teachers and programme coordinators.
• Prepare adequately before each programme assignment.
