ALSET INTERNATIONAL LIMITED in Singapore is seeking an experienced F&B Manager to oversee cafe operations in consultation with management. You will plan rosters and deploy manpower to ensure smooth service and adherence to standards.

You will monitor staff performance, provide on-the-job training, and ensure high standards of service and product knowledge. Weekend and public holiday work is required to lead a fast-paced team.

Qualificações

• Singapore Citizen/PR only.
• Required to work adhoc on weekends and public Holidays.
• Minimum 2 years of F&B management experience.
• Able to lead and manage team members.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage cafe operations in consultation with management.
• Plan an efficient roster and manpower deployment.
• Monitor work performance of all staff and enforce discipline when necessary.
• Ensure on-the-job training for all staff to provide excellent standards of service and product quality knowledge.
• Provide operational assistance in Cashier, Barrister, Admin, Stock Levels, Guest Service, Hot Food and Pastry Cabinet Management and Store Reports.
• Maintain stock levels/availability by replenishing display/fridges within company guidelines/planograms, rotating stock to ensure compliance with company health and safety guidelines.
• Perform any other duties as and when required and assigned by management.
