Job summary

Four Seasons Durians Pte. Ltd. in Singapore is seeking a motivated bakery production helper to support daily operations in our bakery.

You will assist with weighing, mixing, dough preparation, and operate basic bakery equipment under supervision. Responsibilities include portioning and packing finished products, maintaining cleanliness, following food safety and workplace safety procedures, and assisting with stock preparation and storage of ingredients.

Responsibilities

• Assist with weighing, measuring, mixing and preparing ingredients.
• Assist bakers with daily production and baking.
• Prepare dough, fillings and other components according to recipes and instructions.
• Operate basic bakery equipment after receiving proper training.
• Portion, shape, arrange and pack finished products.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of workstations, utensils and equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety procedures.
• Assist with stock preparation and proper storage of ingredients.
• Carry out other production duties assigned by the supervisor.
