Job summary

ASK CONNECTIONS PTE. LTD. is seeking a bakery operative to produce bread and buns on schedule, assist in preparations, and maintain hygienic standards.

The role involves receiving stocks, ensuring proper temperature controls, and upholding food safety in bakery operations. Candidate should be physically fit, able to follow recipes, and possess baking skills, with good organizational skills and adherence to health and safety regulations.

Qualifications

• Prefer a minimum of 1-2 years and above of bakery work experience.
• Physical fit and able to carry heavy stuff.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Possess baking skills.
• Good organizational skills.
• Must be able to adhere to health and safety regulations.
• Ability to meet strict deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Able to produce bread/buns on schedule.
• Assist in preparations of bread and other items.
• Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.
• Monitoring, checking, and receiving stocks for baking ingredients.
• Responsible to maintain the premises of the baking area in a neat and hygienic manner.
• Practice good housekeeping & workplace/kitchen safety awareness.
• Ensure compliance of all food safety standards in bakery functions.
• Assist in ad hoc duties as and when required.
• Be responsible for the staff scheduling and material management of the store.
• Maintain the brand image of the store in accordance with the company's requirements, carry out daily work.
• Be responsible for the cost control of the store.
• Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
