Job summary

Pullman Singapore PTE. LTD. is hiring for bakery roles to produce bread and buns on schedule, assist in preparations, and maintain a neat, hygienic baking area. The requirements include 1–2 years of bakery experience, ability to read recipes, bake skills, and strict adherence to health and safety rules.

Salary is negotiable with a PT option at 12.50 SGD per hour, with a minimum of 4 days per week. Both full-time and part-time positions are available.

Qualifications

• Prefer 1–2 years bakery work experience.
• Ability to read and follow recipes.
• Must adhere to health and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Able to produce bread/buns on schedule.
• Assist in preparations of bread and other items.
• Follows proper handling and right temperature of all food products.
• Monitor, check, and receive stocks for baking ingredients.
• Maintain the baking area in a neat and hygienic manner.
• Practice good housekeeping and workplace safety awareness.
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards in bakery functions.
• Assist in ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

• Physical fit and able to carry heavy stuff

• Ability to meet strict deadlines
