Job summary

PRIME MANPOWER SOLUTIONS PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Bakery Production Assistant to prepare, mix and bake dough-based products while ensuring quality and safety standards.

You will measure ingredients, operate ovens, monitor baking and assist with daily bakery production tasks as required.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and mix ingredients according to recipes and production requirements.
• Measure and weigh flour, yeast, sugar, butter and other ingredients accurately.
• Knead, shape and proof dough for different types of bread.
• Operate ovens and baking equipment to bake bread at the required temperature and time.
• Monitor the baking process to ensure consistent quality, texture and appearance.
• Prepare and decorate bread and other bakery products as required.
• Check the quality and freshness of ingredients and finished products.
• Clean and maintain baking equipment, utensils and the work area.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and workplace safety requirements.
• Assist with daily bakery production and other related duties as assigned.
