Job summary

BOON WEE CONST (S) PTE. LTD. seeks a hands-on Operations Lead to manage daily site activities, manpower deployment, and resource planning for various vehicles and projects.

You will record work, overtime, and prepare invoicing documentation while ensuring safe operations and timely reporting. The role requires English and Chinese proficiency, IT literacy with MS Office, and willingness to work extended hours.

Qualifications

• Able to converse well in English (spoken & written) & Chinese (spoken).
• IT literate to use Microsoft Office for reporting and recording.
• Dedicated and committed worker able to work extended hours.
• Pleasant personality and good team player to manage 30+ workers.
• Class 4 Driving License will be a plus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and manpower deployment across vehicles and projects.
• Plan and deploy resources/equipment to complete daily customer orders.
• Record completed jobs and overtime for workers.
• Collate daily completed jobs and documents for invoicing submission.
• Compile photos and generate reports for customers.
• Handle simple HR tasks and submit OT/Leave records to Admin.
• Arrange and maintain vehicle maintenance records and servicing.
• Conduct site surveys for new customers/projects.
• Act as overall safety lead including toolbox talks and PPE issuance.

Job description

In Charge of daily operations including:

1) Manpower deployment for various vehicles and projects

2) Planning and deployment of resources / equipments to complete daily orders for customers

3) Recording of completed jobs and overtime for workers

4) Collation and tallying of daily completed jobs with respective documents and submission to accounts for invoicing

5) Compiling of pictures and generation of reports for submission to customers

6) Simple HR function (Submission of workers OT, MC and Leave records to Admin Dept)

7) Arrangements and records keeping of vehicles maintenance, repairs and servicing.

8) Site survey for operational requirements for new customers / projects

9) Overall safety lead (Toolbox briefing, Issuance of PPE, ART Testing Supervison etc)

Requirements of candidates:

1) Able to converse well in English (Spoken & Written) & Chinese (Spoken)
