Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in investment research, trading, capital markets, asset management, or financial product roles.
• Strong understanding of one or more asset classes (equities, rates, FX, commodities, ETFs, or multi-asset strategies).
• Ability to evaluate investment and research workflows from a practitioner perspective.
• Experience working directly with stakeholders, clients, or internal business teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Interest in emerging technologies, digital platforms, and data-driven solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Comfortable operating in a fast-paced and evolving environment.

Responsibilities

• Partner with clients and internal stakeholders to understand investment and research workflows across multiple asset classes
• Translate market and user requirements into product enhancements, features, and analytical tools
• Define, test, and improve product outputs to ensure they meet the standards expected by professional investors
• Act as a subject matter expert on capital markets topics, providing guidance to product and technology teams
• Gather feedback from users and incorporate insights into product development and prioritisation
• Support product demonstrations, onboarding initiatives, and client-facing discussions
• Work closely with engineering and business teams to deliver impactful product improvements
