Job summary

HSBC is seeking an ambitious FX Product Manager based in Singapore to own end-to-end FX for Premier and retail clients. You will drive growth across the FX product suite, lead campaigns and go-to-market initiatives, and collaborate with Digital, Marketing, Platform, and Technology teams.

You will stay on top of market trends, ensure regulatory compliance, and leverage AI and data insights to improve client targeting and efficiency.

Qualifications

• Solid experience in Foreign Exchange business and understanding of FX derivatives.
• MAS RNF registration eligibility.
• Track record of driving commercial results in client-facing roles.
• Genuine curiosity about AI and technology to drive smarter decisions.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive end-to-end FX business for Premier and retail clients.
• Grow FX across cash FX, DCI, gold and other FX products.
• Lead campaign planning, feature launches, and go-to-market initiatives.
• Monitor FX market trends and competitive activity for growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with tech/ops to digitize and automate processes.
• Maintain and improve controls and regulatory compliance documents.
• Deliver presentations and training for RMs and specialists after launches.
• Use AI/data insights to improve targeting and efficiency.
