Job summary

Recruit123 in Singapore is seeking an experienced Product Manager specializing in trading technologies and FinTech platforms to own the product lifecycle, craft PRDs, and collaborate with quant/engineering teams to deliver low-latency trading features.

You will own the strategy for OMS/EMS or wealthtech platforms, translate trading workflows into user stories and acceptance criteria, work with engineers, UI/UX, and compliance to meet MAS requirements, and drive KPIs such as volume, DAU, latency,

Qualifications

Degree in CS/Finance related field.
4–7 years PM experience in electronic trading platforms or related FinTech tech.
Strong understanding of financial markets and asset classes.
Experience with APIs, data analytics, and cloud-native architectures.

Responsibilities

Own product strategy, roadmap, and sprint prioritization for trading platforms (OMS/EMS) or related investment products.
Translate trading workflows and regulatory mandates into PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Collaborate with engineers, quant analysts, UI/UX designers, and infra teams to build low-latency features.
Coordinate with compliance and risk stakeholders to align products with MAS regulatory standards.
Define and monitor KPIs (volume, DAU, latency, retention).
Conduct user research and competitive benchmarking across institutional desks and traders.
