Job summary

ONYX SG PTE. LTD. is seeking a Trade Operations Assistant to join our trading team in Singapore. You will act as a bridge between Trade Operations and Finance, supporting invoicing and payments across the trading lifecycle.

You will raise invoices, prepare payment instructions, maintain trade documentation, and ensure accurate recording of transactions within the trading system, gaining exposure to commodity trading workflows.

Qualifications

• Degree or higher in logistics/supply chain, business or related field.
• Experience in supporting sales invoices and payment processing in commodity trading, shipping or logistics.
• Strong command of English for liaison with internal teams.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle high-volume transactions.
• Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
