Job summary

GFI Group, based in New York with global reach, is seeking a detail-oriented professional for trade/data entry and client support in Singapore. You will liaise with front office and clients on G10 FX Options markets, manage records, and assist with ad-hoc projects to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

The ideal candidate is fluent in English, has prior client-facing experience in financial firms, and thrives in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and strong teamwork.

• Ability to work with front office staff and resolve client queries.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for timely and accurate trade/data entries.
• Compile, organize and maintain records of business transactions.
• Work closely with front office staff to resolve customers’ queries as they arise and elevate when appropriate.
• Liaise with clients on the G10 FX Options markets.
• Support daily client engagement and relationship management.
• Maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Independently take initiative to see tasks through to completion.
• Assist in ad-hoc projects/assignments as required.
