MICHAEL PAGE INTERNATIONAL PTE LTD is partnering with a globally established hedge fund to recruit a Trade Support professional in Singapore. The role offers direct interaction with Portfolio Managers and Execution Traders, with exposure to cross-asset experimentation and risk controls.

You will monitor trading activity, manage post-trade events, maintain data accuracy, and collaborate to drive process improvements and straight-through processing across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Degree in Finance, Math, Economics, Engineering or numerate field.
• 3+ years in Trade Support, Middle Office or Investment Operations.
• Strong knowledge of financial markets and trade lifecycle processes.
• Experience supporting multiple asset classes including FI, FX, Equities, Credit, Rates or Listed Derivatives.
• Advanced Excel; SQL, VBA, Python for automation advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Monitor daily trading activity and ensure accurate trade capture across multiple financial products and markets.
• Manage trade lifecycle events and ensure timely post-trade processing.
• Maintain instrument, client, fund and trader static data for operational efficiency and straight-through processing.
• Investigate, reconcile and resolve trade and position discrepancies with internal and external stakeholders.
• Partner with Portfolio Managers and Execution Traders to support risk and P&L integrity.
• Contribute to new business initiatives, product launches and trading platform enhancements.
• Identify opportunities to improve controls and automate processes.
