Job summary

Tangspac Search Private Limited in Singapore seeks a Trade Support professional to provide critical first-level support and control to Trading and Sales desks, managing trade lifecycle events and oversight to ensure accurate processing.

You will drive process improvements within the Trade Support Unit, handle booking controls, lifecycle events, and resolve queries while collaborating with the Team Manager on risk controls and new tool implementations.

Qualifications

• Experience with rates, credits, forex, forex options and fixed income products.
• Middle office roles and processes exposure.
• Strong communication across organizational levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver first-level support to Trading and Sales desks to ensure accurate trade processing and compliance
• Oversee Trade Support Unit activities including deal booking, booking controls, and trade input, amendments, modifications, and cancellations per bank guidelines
• Manage trade lifecycle events such as exercise, fixing, compression, expiry, and novation to maintain operational integrity
• Resolve trade-related queries and operational issues promptly to minimize risk and disruption
• Identify and assess operational risks from daily activities and collaborate with the Team Manager to enhance processes and implement effective controls
• Assist the Team Manager in projects involving system and process enhancements, procedure improvements, new tool implementations, and onboarding of new business lines

Job Summary

• Ability to adapt quickly to fast-changing environments
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
