Job summary

CITIC Commodities Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a capable Trade Operations Analyst to support traders by preparing trade summaries, drafting contracts, and inputting full transaction details into the business system to ensure position accuracy.

You will monitor shipments, inventories, AR/AP, and handle documents, customs clearance, delivery and settlement under contracts while liaising with ports, freight forwarders, surveyors and internal teams to ensure inland transport and local delivery of

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or above required.
• 3–5 years of trade operations experience; commodities trading preferred.
• Familiarity with UCP600, FOSFA and bulk agricultural commodity trading.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin for stakeholder liaison.
• Strong time management and well-organised; good communication.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant trade operations experience; experience in commodities trading is preferred.




• Familiarity with UCP600, FOSFA and bulk agricultural commodity trading is preferred.




• Fluent in written and spoken English and Mandarin in order to liaise with English and Mandarin speaking stakeholders.




• Meticulous and efficient at work；Strong time management and well-organised；Able to work independently；Good communication skills.




• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools including Excel and PowerPoint. Prior experience with ERP and OA systems is preferred.
