Job summary

MOOMOO FINANCIAL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is hiring a Securities Operations Specialist to manage trade settlement, asset servicing, and related operational processes from our Singapore office. You will ensure timely processing, accurate reconciliations, and strong stakeholder coordination with brokers and custodians.

The role requires a finance-related degree and 2 years of experience in securities operations or a similar financial operations function, with sharp analytical and detail-oriented skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance or related field.
• Experience in securities operations and trade settlements is preferred.
• Knowledge of trade lifecycles, settlement cycles (T+1, T+2), and clearance processes.

Responsibilities

• Process and settle trade transactions (equities, fixed income, derivatives, funds) promptly and accurately.
• Monitor and resolve settlement failures and discrepancies.
• Coordinate with brokers, custodians, clearing houses, and counterparties on settlement matters.
• Perform daily reconciliation of trades, positions, and transactions across systems and custodians; maintain records.
