Job summary

Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. seeks a Trade Settlement Assistant Manager to lead settlement activities for bonds, repos, CDS, UST and futures in a global financial services environment.

You will process net-off settlements, cash movements and use custodian platforms like Euroclear EasyWay while handling SWIFT messages (ISO 15022/20022) with accuracy and attention to detail.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Trade Operations, Settlements or Securities Operations in a financial institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills for complex event processing.
• Meticulous attention to detail under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and cross-team collaboration.

Our client is one of the largest financial services institutions globally, with a strong presence in Singapore. They are currently seeking a Trade Settlement Assistant Manager to join their expanding team.

Your new role

• Handle trade processing and settlement for Bonds, Repo, CDS, UST and Futures products.
• Process net-off settlements and manage related cash movements.
• Operate custodian bank settlement platforms, including Euroclear EasyWay, to executeand monitor settlements.
• Interpret and process SWIFT messages (ISO 15022 / ISO 20022) accurately.
• Prepare and review operational reports, including Unsettled/Unmatched reports, OD reports, MIS and MAS Trade Repository reporting for CDS.

What you'll need to succeed

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Trade Operations, Settlements or Securities Operations within a financial institution.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to manage complex event processing
• Meticulous attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate across global teams
