Job summary

Ethos BeathChapman is seeking a Trade Product Manager to oversee development, commercialisation, and enhancement of its regional trade finance offerings across Asia-Pacific. The role focuses on driving growth through product strategy, market analysis, and collaboration with regional teams.

The ideal candidate will have substantial experience in trade finance within a multinational bank and strong stakeholder management capabilities to operate effectively in a matrix organisation.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of banking experience (preferably in trade finance or transaction banking).
• Experience in trade product management within an international or regional bank is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant analytical tools.

• Develop product materials and collaborate with regional branches, sales teams and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of banking experience, preferably in trade finance or transaction banking.
