Job summary

Mizuho Bank Singapore Branch is seeking an experienced Trade Product Manager to lead new product development, rollout, and process improvements within Global Transaction Banking.

Reporting into the Trade Product Management team in Singapore, you will drive APAC trade commercialization, support branches, and manage stakeholder relationships while leveraging English fluency and MS Office tools.

Qualifications

• 7+ years banking experience in Trade Finance/Transaction Banking.
• Experience in Trade Product Management in an international/regional bank.
• Ability to influence within a matrix organization.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficiency in written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in MS Office and analytic tools.

Responsibilities

• New product development, Roll Out & process improvement
• Support branches and subsidiaries for new Product Roll Out, Transaction execution and Commercialization
• Drive trade commercialization initiatives across all markets in APAC
• Identify and drive/implement process improvements & product enhancements to keep them fit for purposes
• Update/develop Trade Product materials for both internal and external use
• Promote Trade Finance business - Documentary Trade and Open Account Trade products in the APAC region in order to achieve target
• Data analytics and related support to drive trade promotion activities
• Stakeholder management

Job Requirements

• Banking experience (preferable 7+ years) in Trade Finance/Transaction Banking
• Trade Product Management experience in an International / Regional Bank is preferred
• Ability to work in a matrix organization with good influencing skills
• Good interpersonal & communication skills
• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Proficiency in MS Office applications and analytical tools
