BeathChapman Pte Ltd is representing an established international bank seeking a Trade Product Manager to drive the development, commercialisation and enhancement of its regional trade finance business across Asia-Pacific. The role focuses on documentary and open account trade products, regional rollouts and close collaboration with sales and branches.

Our client, an established international bank, is seeking a Trade Product Manager to drive the development, commercialisation and enhancement of its regional trade finance business across Asia-Pacific.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and enhance documentary trade and open account trade finance products, processes and solutions.
• Lead regional product rollouts and support local teams with implementation, transaction execution and commercialisation.
• Drive APAC trade finance business growth through product promotion, market analysis and data-driven initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to improve product capabilities, operational processes and client solutions.
• Develop product materials and collaborate with regional branches, sales teams and internal stakeholders to support business objectives.

Requirements

• At least 7 years of banking experience, preferably in trade finance or transaction banking.
• Experience in trade product management within an international or regional bank is advantageous.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills in a matrix organisation.
• Excellent communication, analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and relevant analytical tools.
