Job summary

Hudson RPO Asia Pacific is seeking an experienced Vice President, Trade Product Manager to lead trade finance product strategy for the bank across APAC from Singapore. You will drive development, commercialization, and market rollout of Documentary Trade and Open Account Trade solutions, working with regional stakeholders.

The role requires strong stakeholder influence in a matrix organization, superb communication, data-driven decision making, and a track record in trade product management

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of banking experience in Trade Finance, Transaction Banking, or related areas.
• Proven experience in Trade Product Management, preferably within an international or regional banking environment.
• Strong understanding of trade finance products, including Documentary Trade and Open Account Trade solutions.
• Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and work effectively within a matrix management structure.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Strong analytical capabilities and experience leveraging data to drive business decisions.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and analytical tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Lead development, enhancement, and rollout of trade finance products across APAC markets.
• Support regional branches and subsidiaries in product implementation and commercialization initiatives.
• Drive business growth for Documentary Trade and Open Account Trade solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance product competitiveness and client experience.
• Develop and maintain product materials, training guides, and marketing collateral.
• Utilize data analytics and market intelligence to support trade finance initiatives.
• Collaborate with sales, operations, technology, compliance, and regional management to deliver objectives.
• Manage stakeholder relationships across multiple countries in a matrix organization.
