Qualifications

• Extensive experience in handling trade operations and oversight.
• Strong knowledge of MAS/RBI regulations and banking standards.
• Proven ability to drive process improvements and manage stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely settlement of trades and transactions across bank verticals.
• Maintain MAS/RBI compliance and audit readiness with timely reporting.
• Coordinate with Business, CAD, Treasury, Credit, and Singapore Branch for smooth operations.
• Lead digitalization initiatives like Trade on Net and implement operational controls.
• Provide training and guidance to staff; monitor TAT and MIS reporting.
• Engage with auditors and regulators; ensure escalation and issue resolution.
