Job summary

DBS Bank Ltd. is seeking an operations professional to process daily Trade Operations transactions for SG and AU, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

The role involves liaising with business units and customers to obtain required instructions, and coordinating with internal and external counterparties to resolve queries. The candidate should have 2-3 years in banking operations, with knowledge of DBRP and post-shipment financing, and be proficient in MS Word and MS Excel.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in banking operations, especially Imports - Direct Bills Receivable Purchase (DBRP).
• Functional knowledge in back office support for post-shipment financing and payable invoice financing.
• Proficient with MS Office applications, particularly MS Word and MS Excel.

Responsibilities

• Process daily Trade Operations transactions of SG and AU per service standards.
• Liaise with Business Units or customers for required instructions to complete transactions.
• Coordinate with internal and external counterparties for transaction queries.
• Perform day end reconciliation of transactions.
• Adhere to risk and control guidelines/policies.
• Assist in projects to improve work processes.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks/duties assigned by Supervising Manager.
