Job summary

You will enter client orders promptly, process trade instructions, manage emails, calls, WhatsApp and WeChat messages, and update client accounts for timely settlements.

You will also communicate with clients and internal teams to resolve issues, maintain meticulous records for audits, and ensure compliance with policies and industry standards.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Banking, Finance, Business, or related fields.
• CMFAS papers completed for regulatory compliance.
• Proficient in MS Office to prepare reports and manage data.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy in transactions and records.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Interest in financial markets and investment products.
• Prior stockbroking backroom experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Enter client orders promptly and accurately to facilitate timely trade execution.
• Process trade instructions and manage all related documentation to ensure transaction completeness.
• Provide administrative support by managing emails, phone calls, WhatsApp and WeChat messages, and updating client accounts.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams to resolve queries and maintain professional relationships.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and account updates for audit and compliance.
• Ensure all tasks comply with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and industry standards.
