UOB United Overseas Bank Limited (UOB) is seeking a Client Advisor Assistant to support Relationship Managers in servicing client accounts. You will handle client interactions, process banking and investment transactions, and provide financial advisory support through reports and product queries.

Qualifications

• GCE A-Level with passes in at least three subjects at Higher 2 and two at Higher 1.
• IB Diploma.
• Diploma awarded by a polytechnic in Singapore; or an academic qualification equivalent to those set out in (i), (ii) or (iii).

Responsibilities

• Support Client Advisors (RMs) in client interaction and attend to client queries and review and resolve client enquiries and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner.
• Prompt and accurate processing of clients banking and investment transactions including onboarding, asset transfers, deposits, and loan processing.
• Provide ongoing financial advisory service through presentations, research reports, and investment product queries.
• Provide information pertaining to client accounts and collate reports and client documents for follow-ups.
• Assist the team with ad hoc administrative duties to ensure optimal client service.
• Ensure adherence to local regulations and internal policies and escalate service issues to relevant stakeholders.
• Mentor to new CAAs and participate in ad hoc projects such as UAT and process improvements.
