Job summary

Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a Trade Operations Clerk to support purchasing and sales data entry, document handling, and billing preparation in our Singapore office.

You will coordinate with the trade operations team, customers and vendors; ensure customs compliance; monitor shipments and resolve issues to ensure on-time delivery; and generate management reports to drive process improvements.

Responsibilities

• Enter purchases and sales data and file sales documents.
• Email, fax, and print purchase and sales documents.
• Prepare documents for billing.
• Coordinate with trade operations team, customers, and vendors.
• Conduct performance management duties.
• Ensure compliance with customs, import/export laws.
• Monitor shipments for on-time delivery and address delays.
• Resolve shipping, customs clearance, and transport issues.
• Maintain trade activity records and generate reports for management.
• Analyze data to assess trade operations performance and suggest improvements.
• Perform other ad hoc duties as requested by the trade department.

• EMAIL / FAX / PRINT OF Purchases and Sales Documents.
• To prepare documents for/ to billing.
• Coordinate with trade operations team/ customer/ vendors.
• Performance management duties.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure adherence to customs requirements, import/export restrictions, and any other legal requirements.
• Monitor and track shipments, ensuring on-time delivery and addressing any delays or discrepancies.
• Resolve issues related to shipping, customs clearance, and transportation.
• Maintain accurate records of trade activities and generate periodic reports for management review.
• Analyze data to assess the performance of trade operations and suggest improvements.
• Other ad hoc duties as requested by the trade department
