Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably with exposure to corporate or business banking.
• Strong knowledge of banking products, credit assessment, risk management and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent business acumen with ability to drive growth and manage initiatives independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and drive product strategies and initiatives in line with the bank's overall business objectives.
• Oversee product development, enhancements and new business opportunities to strengthen the bank's market position.
• Identify opportunities to improve product offerings, enhance customer experience and drive business profitability.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams and senior stakeholders to deliver key business initiatives.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement.
