Job summary

BDO UNIBANK, INC. (SINGAPORE BRANCH) seeks a detail-oriented Client and Transaction Services Officer to support trade processing, corporate actions, and asset transfers, serving as the link between front office and operations.

You will ensure accurate execution of investment transactions and related processes. You will coordinate trade confirmations, monitor corporate actions, and manage settlement instructions while performing independent checks to uphold internal policies and accuracy across

Qualifications

• Experience in middle office, trade operations, or securities processing within private banking or asset management.
• Strong understanding of financial instruments (bonds, equities, mutual funds and corporate actions).
• Proficiency in wealth management systems; Avaloq experience is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Trade Processing & Validation: coordinate with internal teams for trade confirmations and resolve discrepancies.
• Corporate Actions Management: monitor upcoming actions and advise clients on options and deadlines.
• Asset Transfers & Settlement Coordination: facilitate transfers and maintain SSI for efficiency.
• Independent Transaction Checks: perform verification of investment transactions against policies.
