Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in operations with strong understanding of financial markets and corporate actions.
• Proficient in data analysis, problem-solving, and process improvement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work collaboratively in a team.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, review, interpret, and process corporate action events across global markets to meet strict deadlines.
• Manage Income Payments and Tax Reporting requirements.
• Handle corporate action queries from RMs/ARMs and other stakeholders as required.
• Ensure daily reconciliation breaks are resolved and operational risks are minimized.
• Evaluate workflows, drive process improvements, and coordinate system testing for new implementations.
• Serve as the senior member of the team and point of escalation.
• Provide support to team leads and department head as and when required.
